We pride ourselves on using the most cutting-edge methods in design, construction, and fabrication. We utilize computer-aided design and manufacturing (CAD/CAM) in all of our processes to deliver precise and beautiful products.

All of our projects are designed and built with environmental awareness in mind. We use passive solar design and other sustainable practices to reduce our environmental impact.

We currently specialize in timber-framed construction and precast concrete solutions, but we work with a diverse variety of reliable materials.

Cost and budget are always at the forefront of our decision-making process. We work closely with our clients to understand their needs and goals, and we develop custom solutions that meet their specific requirements.

LAB Building Company is led by Daniel Juengling, who has over two decades of experience in design, manufacturing, and construction. He is a registered architect and builder, and he is passionate about creating practical, sustainable, high-quality buildings.
